At a recent track meet at Icahn Stadium on Randall’s Island, track team coaches Ed Jennings, Gaspar Epstein, and Manisha Doran led their student-athletes in a two-day event that focused on beating personal bests, building endurance, and love of the game.

 | Football Team Undefeated for First Time Since 1990

Congratulations to the Varsity Football team, which had a perfect 8-0 record this year, the first time since 1990 that the team has been undefeated. The team scored wins over Hackley, Fieldston, and Dalton. Well done!

 | Girls Field Hockey Brings Home Ivy League Title

The Girls Field Hockey team brought home the 2011 Ivy League title, finishing the season with a 13-4-1 record, including impressive wins over Horace Mann, Fieldston, and Hackley, among other teams. Go Falcons!

 | Girls Varsity Soccer Wins NYSAISAA and Ivy League Titles

Congratulations to the Girls Varsity Soccer team, which won its second-straight NYSAISAA title as well as this year’s Ivy League title. En route to the two titles, the team remained undefeated for the second-straight year, with a final record of 17-0-2. Riverdale has now won 38 straight games, and was ranked second in the city by the New York Post.
