On Sept. 2, Head of School Dominic AA Randolph welcomed students to the Middle and Upper Schools and urged them to adopt a growth mindset and build on their personal character strengths this year.

Joining the faculty this year is Marshall Nicoloff, director of outdoor programs, a new position at the school. He will develop environmental and adventure programming in all three divisions, help plan teambuilding experiences, and look for interdisciplinary opportunities to blend outdoor experiences with classroom studies.
