The 10th Annual Riverdale Community Action Day will be held on the RCS Hill Campus on Saturday, November 17th. Alumni, students, parents, and faculty are invited to participate in activities that support and strength existing relationships with several of our local partners while simultaneously reconnecting with the Riverdale community. Collection drives include:

  • Clothing
  • New and unopened toys
  • Non-perishable or canned food
  • Books for children and adults
  • Regular and travel-size toiletries
  • Sports equipment
  • Old electronic devices
  • Pet food and supplies
  • Bed sheets and pillowcases
  • Spare change
  • Art supplies
  • Menstrual hygiene products
RCAD was established in 2008 to teach students that service work in their communities does not end upon graduation. The only participation requirement is a willingness to give your time and energy by volunteering to support our local community partners, such as the American Red Cross, Bronx VA, Hebrew Home for the Aged, Challenged Athletes Foundation, City Meals, and more.
