Sixth grade hiking trip in Delaware Water Gap.

Middle School Outdoors

Middle School students engage in team-building activities that develop collaboration and leadership skills. Students travel with classmates on grade-wide trips to places such as the Great Bear Lodge in Pennsylvania, the Princeton-Blairstown Center in New Jersey, and the Delaware Water Gap, where they solve problems and develop communication and conflict resolution skills. During Middle School Project Week, students can take an adventure to New Hampshire, where they will sleep in a cabin, learn technical skills, and gain an understanding of the physical, emotional, and social needs of others.
